If you haven't read the first "Furry Fury and Pon Pon - comic book", you probably don't know who these evil people are. Well, they are two evil scientists who had just invented two potions that would make them super. Unfortunately, they accidentally drop them and they went down the drain. At the same time, Kevin (Furry Fury) and Ponder (Pon Pon) are washing their hands and become superheroes. The two evil scientists are now (again) trying to get these superpowers back.
